4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Warranty

All Allie London watches come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
